Today, we are introducing Sokensha's "Italian Dressing with Perilla Oil"!
This dressing is an easy way to get omega-3 fatty acids, an essential part of a healthy diet. It is made with Sokensha’s cold-pressed perilla oil "Egoma Ichiban" and GiroloMoni's organic extra virgin olive oil, giving it a rich and flavorful taste.
Each serving (15g) contains 0.5g of α-linolenic acid from rapeseed oil and perilla oil, helping to supplement essential fatty acids that are often lacking in modern diets. It contains zero cholesterol and trans fats, making it a great choice for those mindful of their health.
