Collected in the naturally rich East Cape region of New Zealand—known locally as the “sacred land of manuka”—Wild Cape Manuka Honey is packed with the blessings of this special environment. Thanks to the high levels of DHA (dihydroxyacetone) found in manuka flowers, it boasts a consistently high MGO (methylglyoxal) content, proudly rated at UMF15+.
