Today, we'd like to introduce "Sprouted Flaxseed Snack Plain"!
"Sprouted flaxseed" is super healthy, delicious, and packed with nutrients.
To make it easier for everyone to enjoy flaxseed, we've sprouted and heated our "sprouted flaxseed". Through germination, heating, and other manufacturing processes, cyanogenic compounds have been removed, and the outer skin has softened, making it easier to digest without grinding into powder. This also reduces the denaturation of heat-sensitive vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids. You can enjoy the whole flaxseed (linseed) packed with nutrients such as lignans, omega-3 fatty acids, and dietary fiber.
No additives, salt, oil, or sugar are used.
Since it's in chunks, it's perfect as a snack or appetizer.
