The "Spicy Miso Kimchi Hot Pot Soup" perfectly combines the spiciness of Doubanjiang and the rich umami of miso, balanced with the subtle acidity of brown rice vinegar. The addition of domestically produced dried sardine powder enhances the soup’s flavor even more. Adding soy milk to the rich broth increases its creaminess and elevates the depth of both spiciness and umami.
This kimchi hot pot soup is perfect for serving 3-4 people, making it ideal for family meals or gatherings with friends. Simply simmer your favorite ingredients like pork, seafood, tofu, mushrooms, and plenty of vegetables to create an authentic kimchi hot pot. For a finishing touch, we recommend adding extra kimchi or bean sprouts, or enjoying the remaining soup by adding rice or noodles for a delicious end to the meal.
