Today, we would like to introduce "Salmon Jerky with Black Pepper!"


This salmon jerky is known as a traditional preserved food of the Ainu people, characterized by its salty taste and hard texture. It is made from high-quality salmon from Hokkaido, with the backbone removed, filleted into three pieces, thinly sliced, dried, and cut into easy-to-eat sizes.


To enhance the umami flavor, we use a special mixed broth of kombu, bonito, and shiitake mushrooms, and finish it with black pepper. Each bite spreads the salmon flavor in your mouth, and the black pepper's spice offers a perfect balance, making it a unique delicacy.


This salmon jerky with black pepper has a great chewiness, making it an excellent snack! The peppery kick also makes it an ideal appetizer. It pairs perfectly with beer or sake, so please give it a try!
