Today, we'd like to introduce our Fair Trade Organic Cranberry Chocolate with Pineapple and Nuts!
This delicious treat combines cranberry chocolate with a delightful mix of dried pineapple, raisins, pecans, and cashews. The variety of textures from the nuts and the sweet and sour flavors of the dried fruits perfectly complement the rich cocoa flavor of the chocolate.
The cranberry chocolate is made by coating dried cranberries with a blend of milk and dark couverture chocolate. The refreshing tartness of the dried pineapple is a standout feature of this chocolate mix.
All the ingredients, including chocolate, dried cranberries, dried pineapple, raisins, pecans, and cashews, are certified organic. The cashews are Fair Trade and sourced from Cambodia and Sri Lanka. The couverture chocolate used is also Fair Trade certified.
We use unrefined sugar instead of white sugar and avoid the use of emulsifiers, flavorings, and glazing agents commonly found in commercial chocolate coatings.
