The "Rich and Savory Miso Chanko Hot Pot Soup" is a luxurious soup made from domestically sourced ingredients. The rich and flavorful broth combines bonito, kelp, and dried sardine dashi with 100% domestically produced miso, delivering a deep richness and umami taste. It also uses mirin from Aichi Prefecture and contains no chemical seasonings.


This soup is ready to use as is, making it perfect for a hot pot serving 3-4 people. By adding chicken thighs, chicken meatballs, and vegetables, you can easily make a nutritious chanko hot pot. To finish, simply add rice or udon to the remaining soup and enjoy every last drop of its delicious umami flavor. Its deep, never-tiring taste is perfect for the colder seasons.
