Molokheiya Noodle is a non-fried noodle made with kneaded Thai-grown molokheiya. It is a healthy option that takes advantage of the benefits of flavorful molokheiya and can be enjoyed in a variety of ways as dipping noodles, cold noodles, or salad noodles. We especially recommend cooking them as cold noodles. Soup is not included.
Molokheiya contains many nutrients such as calcium, potassium, iron, vitamins B, C, and E, carotene, and dietary fiber, and is expected to have the following benefits.
