Made with domestic okara (soy pulp) and wheat flour, then crispy-fried in roasted canola oil, Kirazu-age Brown Sugar offers a nostalgic, simple sweetness from brown sugar. Utilizing homemade okara from a tofu shop, this snack brings out the gentle richness of brown sugar in every bite.
With its firm and crunchy texture, the more you chew, the deeper the brown sugar flavor becomes—an irresistible taste! Made with only simple ingredients, including domestically sourced wheat, okara (soybean), raw sugar, and brown sugar, this treat is perfect for both children and adults.
