This winter-limited Izumo Oden is a premium assortment of traditional Japanese oden crafted by Bessho Kamaboko in Shimane Prefecture. Featuring delicacies such as Izumo Noriyaki, plain tempura, squid dumplings, and horse mackerel fish cakes, complemented by egg, daikon radish, and konjac, all brought together by a special broth infused with kombu and bonito. The light seasoning accentuates the natural flavors of the ingredients, and no preservatives or artificial flavor enhancers are used. This dish blends traditional methods with modern technology to create a masterpiece.
Izumo Oden can be stored at room temperature and is ready to enjoy by simply warming it in hot water without opening the package.
