Organic cranberries, raisins, pecans, and walnuts cultivated in harsh natural environments. The natural sweetness, acidity, and rich aroma of each ingredient spread throughout your mouth. These ingredients are carefully coated with Fair Trade certified couverture chocolate. Instead of white sugar, we use raw sugar, and no emulsifiers or artificial flavors are added.
It is made using the traditional method of "panwork chocolate," in which the ingredients are gradually coated with chocolate in a rotating pan. Carefully crafted one by one by Japanese artisans, the chocolate has an exceptionally smooth texture.
