Made from 100% Ehime-produced beef, it is crafted carefully without any added color preservatives, artificial colorings, preservatives, or chemical seasonings. The oil used is a high-oleic "first-pressed safflower oil," contributing 3.4% to the product and adding a mild richness. Sugar is sourced from unrefined sugar from Kikai Island in Kagoshima, and natural salt with nigari is used, enhancing the savory flavor. The no-added-salt method preserves the beef's natural color and flavor, making it an excellent choice for health-conscious individuals.
