"Vegetable Sakucci (Lotus Root)" was created to provide a snack made from carefully selected domestic vegetables that can be enjoyed safely every day. This simple snack allows you to taste the natural deliciousness of vegetables without using any sugar or additives.
The main ingredient is the Lotus White variety of lotus root, which is rich in starch and also abundant in vitamin C. One bag of lotus root chips (30g) contains 27.3mg of vitamin C, more than a whole lemon. Additionally, it contains 2.3g of dietary fiber, equivalent to about half a head of lettuce.
Moreover, lotus root chips are rich in polyphenols, containing an amount equivalent to two glasses of red wine per 100g. The lotus root is sliced to a thickness of about 2mm and fried in rice oil, resulting in a crispy texture. Since rice oil is used, the snack contains 0mg cholesterol and 0g trans fat, making it a healthy option.
