"Vegetable Sakucci (Burdock)" was created to provide snacks made from carefully selected domestic vegetables that can be enjoyed safely every day. This simple snack allows you to taste the natural deliciousness of vegetables without using any sugar or additives.
Burdock contains a balanced mix of soluble dietary fiber (inulin) and insoluble dietary fiber (lignin and cellulose), each with different effects and roles. This balance is the key to further enhancing the power of burdock.
The amount of dietary fiber in 30g of burdock chips is equivalent to one large head of lettuce (about 420g). This high fiber content is expected to help improve intestinal health.
Moreover, burdock is rich in not only dietary fiber but also minerals such as iron, potassium, and magnesium. Especially potassium, known as the "excreting mineral," helps to expel salt, making it recommended for those concerned about salt intake.
