"Baeren Beer The Day N Classic" is a genuine lager beer that combines the craftsmanship of Morioka, Iwate, with traditional German brewing techniques. This beer revives the "Dortmunder," once regarded as one of the four great lagers of the world, featuring a deep malt-rich flavor while remaining approachable. Fermented and matured slowly at low temperatures, this golden lager boasts a perfect balance of richness and bitterness.
This new product is a variation of Baeren’s signature “Classic” and has won the grand prize in the "Craft Beer of Japan to Share with the World" competition. The "N" in "N Classic" represents multiple meanings, including New/Neo, Next, Nexus, Newborn, and Nostalgia, symbolizing the connection between past and future and fostering community through beer.
Baeren Brewery, located in Morioka, Iwate, handcrafts its beers using vintage equipment from southern Germany that is over 100 years old. Surrounded by nature, the brewery adheres to traditional brewing methods and offers tours where visitors can experience the brewing process firsthand.
